Drumheller, Alberta

Made it to Alberta!
After a five hour drive from Saskatoon, we arrived in Drumheller, the dinosaur capital of the world.

Bill riding a dinosaur

The Alberta Badlands are in a super arid ecosystem, making it the perfect place to find dinosaur fossils. The town is dotted with dinosaur memorabilia

The Royal Tyrrell Museum was highly recommended to us and for good reason.  Tons of huge dinosaur fossils.

We saw lots of Prairie Dogs running around

After the museum we drove around the Badlands on the Dinosaur Trail.

Bill was brave enough to cross the suspension bridge

In the swing bridge parking lot, Bill made a peanut butter and marshmallow sandwich.... yea.
I really wanted to see the Hoodoos so we did the hoodoo scenic drive as well
